| What kind of a computer comes with the Sentris internet and webhosting services?
Every computer is brand new from our designated manufacturing partner. The computer comes with a 1 year manufactures warranty, technical support, a current version of Windows 98 and much more (see spec. page for
details). Each computer can be connected to a printer or other computer peripherals.
How reliable is the standard webhosting and internet service?
Our standard webhosting is provided by our two-year old sister company specializing in providing you with OC3 (155mbps) network connection, powerful Dual processor Pentium II servers and thousands of satisfied customers.
Our internet service is supported by one of the largest providers in the world and offers excellent
unlimited service to the world wide web.
Do I really get a FREE computer... What's the catch?
THERE IS NONE!!!! Here is how we do it: - freepc.sentris.com has an agreement to provide it's own branded internet service throughout the United States to service its customers at bulk rates.
- When you pay by credit card, you can save even more because we have less paperwork and defaults.
How much does the standard webhosting and
unlimited internet service cost?
There are two simple payment plans, you can fill out online, or e-mail us at sales@sentris.com and a dedicated staff member will process your order information. Our monthly payment plan is just $17.95 per month for unlimited internet access only (48-month contract) or $19.95 per month for both standard webhosting and unlimited internet access (48-month contract).
Are there any other charges?
There
is a $60.00 shipping charge and $40.00 application fee which will be added to your first statement if you select payment option 1.
Will the monthly charge increase?
No. Your monthly service charge will never increase during the 36-48 month term of your membership with SENTRIS.
Is the computer really free?
SENTRIS does not charge any additional fee for the use of the computer. The computer is yours to keep and use at no extra cost during your membership with
SENTRIS.
How long do I have to commit for?
The agreement term is 36-48 months. If you renew your SENTRIS membership, you will receive a brand new up-to-date replacement computer.
We are confident you will be completely satisfied with our service. However, should you decide you want to terminate your service before the end of the 36-48 month term, e-mail us at sales@sentris.com. There will be an early termination fee charged.
Do I get to keep the computer?
Once you have satisfied your 36-48 month agreement, you may keep your computer and you will receive a brand new, up-to-date replacement computer.
When do I get the computer?
Your FreePC will be sent to you after you stayed with us for at least 3 months. After we sent you the FreePC, ALL the fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Before we sent you the FreePC or during the first 3-month, you may cancel your account at anytime and we'll
refund the remaining fees. Can I just get the standard webhosting or internet service? Or just the computer?
Yes, simply go to http://isp.sentris.com/ or http://tophosting.com/ or http://products.sentris.com/.
Can I get standard webhosting and internet service and a FREE computer for my business?
Yes. You may order as many as you like.
Is my personal information safe?
SENTRIS will never disclose your personal information. In fact, we do not collect any demographic information about our subscribers.
Will I be forced to make online purchases over the term of my agreement?
No. You will never be required to make any online purchases. I'm currently a customer of TopHosting.Com, am I qualified for the Free PC?
Yes, simply sign our contract.
