- If you can't find the solution after checking #1 and #2, click

Need to make a change to your account? -
If you need to cancel your account, click here, fill-out the form, sign it and fax it to 425-424-2385. Note: We will not process your request without your signature. NO REFUND will be given on the Setup Fee for ANY Reasons.
- If you need to add extra features to your account, such as an additional POP email box or more disk space, or if you need to upgrade or downgrade your account type, click here.
- If you'd like to change your current account type, Simply e-mail
your domain name and current password to billing@sentris.com
and tell them what type of account you want and how you want to
pay for it. NOTE: There might be a $25 setup fee to upgrade/downgrade
your account.
- If you need to request for traffic upgrades, please click here for immediate reactivation or limit resets.
- If you need to change your Contact Info, e-mail address, etc., please click here.
- If you need to update the credit card information we have for you, or if you wish to change your billing method, click here.
