TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

1. The Applicant agrees to pay WebRedirect.Net a one time fee of US $35 and $50/yr for the registration and installation of the Applicant’s first new Domain, or for moving the Applicant's first Domain to WebRedirect.Net's network.

The price for the service is available on WebRedirect.Net's website and is subject to reduction without notice.

2. Once a domain is registered in the Applicant's name, or moved to WebRedirect.Net's network, the Applicant is considered the owner of the Domain, and assumes all responsibility for any trademark disputes, maintenance fees or other obligations or liabilities related to the Domain.

3. The Applicant guarantees to WebRedirect.Net that the details submitted by the Applicant to WebRedirect.Net are true and correct, and that future updates to those details will be true and correct.

4. WebRedirect.Net will not, under any circumstances, release any confidential information about the Applicant to a third party without the Applicant's prior written consent, or as ordered by law. The Applicant understands that some contact information will be attached to their domain and will therefore become publicly available.

5. The Applicant will not use these services to conduct any business or activity or solicit the performance of any activity that is prohibited by law.

6. WebRedirect.Net reserves the right to decline the registration or move to our network of adult-oriented domains and in extreme circumstances to revoke without refund any services which we, in our sole judgement, deem are being used for any unlawful purpose, or to promote adult-oriented or "offensive" material, or as a source of unsolicited bulk email, or as an address to use for replying to unsolicited bulk email, or in a manner injurious to WebRedirect.Net members, their reputation or the business reputation of WebRedirect.Net. However, under no circumstances will WebRedirect.Net interfere with your ownership of your registered Domain.

7. You, the Applicant, understand and acknowledge that you will also have to pay a fee of US $70.00 per Domain registered within domain registry called the InterNIC, to maintain the registered status of each Domain for the first two years. The fee after the first two years from the InterNIC is US $35.00 per domain, per year. As the Applicant for one or more Domain moves you understand and acknowledge that you must continue to pay the yearly InterNIC maintenance fees for your Domain(s) to maintain registered status of each Domain, and that moving your Domain to WebRedirect.Net's network in no way alters your payment obligations to the InterNIC.

8. If you, the Applicant, pay for your first Domain registration or first Domain move via a major credit card, you acknowledge and understand that your credit card will be debited US $35 + $50 per year ($85 total for your first charge) and the merchant name will be Sentris Network LLC, and that no refunds will be given once the domain registration or move has been completed.
