- Print and fax the signed authorization form to us. NOTE: If you do not have access to a fax machine, please e-mail billing@jovita.com and let them know that you will mail the signed authrization form via postal mail and we'll still setup your account instantly. If you do not have access to a printer, please let us know and we'll mail you the form.
- Finally, Enter the MSA and set up as many Web Redirection as you want at
no extra cost.

For a one time fee of US $35 + $50/yr, you become a valued member
of Sentris Network LLC, the parent company of WebRedirect.Net. This one
time fee (no monthly or annual fees) enables you to access WebRedirect.Net
and the Member
Service Area indefinitely. NO SUPPORT WHATSOEVER IF YOU ONLY PAY
THE ONE TIME FEE. If you'd like to get support, it is $50/yr extra.
