Having a problem with your account?  Here are the steps you should take.

• Check our NEW FAQ and Network  Status page to see if there is a system wide problem that may impact what you are experiencing. NOTE: If you can not access it, please e-mail password@c3ntris.com your username and password.
• Check the Tutorials and the Online Manual for your problem.
• If you can't find the solution after checking #1 and #2, click here and fill out the form with as much relevant information as possible.

Need to make a change to your account?

• If you need to cancel your account, click here,  fill-out the form, sign it and fax it to 206-542-7821. Note: We will not process your request without your signature. NO REFUND will be given on the Setup Fee for ANY Reasons.
• If you need to add extra features to your account, such as an additional POP email box or more disk space, or if you need to upgrade or downgrade your  account type, click here.
• If you'd like to change your current account type, Simply e-mail your domain name and current password to billing@sentris.com and tell them what  type of account you want and how you want to pay for it. NOTE: There might be a  $25 setup fee to upgrade/downgrade your account.
• If you need to change your Contact Info, e-mail address, etc., please click  here.
• If you need to update the credit card information we have for you, or if you wish to change your billing method, click here.
  You can also use our signed authorization form and fax us your credit card info to 425-424-2385.

Find Your Forgotten Password
Enter your email address, exactly the same one as you gave us when you first registered your account with us, in the form below to retrieve your forgotten password. Unless you registered after May 7, 1998, you should receive a "Not Found!" message. Send us e-mail and we'll add your  username and password to this database so you can retrieve it next time you  forgot your password.
